Tiny Book Tutorial - June Reads Close Up

June Reads - Tiny Book Tutorial

I recently made the layout above using a “Tiny Book” technique. Each book shown is has pages full of journaling.

Watch the Vlog post below for as I take you through the making of an entire layout using the technique!

Things mentioned/ used in this video:

You can check out my June Reads post to get an idea of just how much handwritten journaling can fit into each of the little books. The burlap string is leftover from this Coffee Bag Rug DIY. The paper on this layout is from the October Afternoon Rocket Age line. Most of the embellishments are from a October Afternoon 5 & Dime Miscellany pack, which I think give you great bang for your buck. I also mention Making Memories Tiny Alphas, which are one of my favorite alpha products. The front of the tiny book on this page is made with a card from Sassafras Tailored Deck Paper Whimsies.

All products used in the “June Reads” layout are by American Crafts.

In case you are wondering, I use a Tonic Studios Gillotine Paper Trimmer.

The adhesives used are Inkssentials Wonder Tape, Zip Dry, and Scotch Adhesive Dot Roller.
